I have learned more talking to Dr. Richards than most other Doctors that I know, he just has a way of explaining things without over-complicating the information so you can absorb what you're being told instead of having to decipher what you're being told!
Dr. Richards is always very caring as well as competent. I am glad that I am one of his patients!

I spoke directly with Dr. Richards once. He was unprepared for my specific case. He did not have a copy of the MRI. He promised a Petscan, but did not ever follow with email request or contact once I determined I would not take chemo.
He is gentle and caring. He listens to concerns and is very kind and knowledgeable.

It doesn't get any better than Dr. Richards and his staff of very caring people! He has been my Oncologist through breast cancer and I feel very blessed for having such a thorough, concerned & caring doctor! The entire staff at Texas Oncology is excellent!
