Exceptional rapport, clear concise communications
I was referred to him by our family doctor. When you go to a doctor and the only thing you get from that experience is a series of drawings with a grease pen. I went in because I was short of breath, they did several tests and showed I had some plaque in my blood vessels and I hadn't heard anything from his office, so I sent a message to his office asking about what we do next. I love this practice. Veronica and Dr Westerhausen are the best! They listen to you, they are thorough, and they follow up very well. I always love coming to this appointment. I'm a nurse and Dr Westerhausen treats me like I have a brain, and we have very good discussions. I always come away feeling well cared for thank you.
