Have been seeing Dr. Bassman for many years concerning my knees. I have great confidence in his professional judgement and very easy to talk to concerning my treatment. Highly recommended him.

He scoped my right knee 17 years ago with good results. Now my left knee needs replacement and Bassman is the one for me. PS He reminds me of Einstein.
I have always found Dr. Bassman very kind and caring. He answers all my questions and explains my options. His staff has always been very nice to me.
I have suffered with severe Osteoarthritis most of my adult life. Dr. Bassman has replaced both of my knees, one hip, and repaired rotator cuffs in both of my shoulders. I have had zero complications from any of my surgeries. Following his post op orders I have had no problems. Thanks to Dr. Bassman I am now in less pain than I have been in years.
My mother has been his patient for a few months. When we call his office for updated care instructions we get voice mail with a full inbox 50% of the time. It usually takes 2 to 3 days before we can leave a message and get a call back. Very frustrating.
