From a medical perspective, I'd like to have given a better review, but a couple of issues made me give the 3 star rating. 1. It's extremely difficult to get staff on the phone. 2. Three times I became frustrated and tapped the keys for a call back. Not once did I get a callback. 3. Time between appointments is excessive. It took over 2 months to get a telephone appointment to review the results of a recent procedure. I was kept wondering what the procedure revealed. The staff was very professional and occomodating.
Dr. Walia performed my surgery and he was wonderful! I had my follow-up with Dr. Miller and he was equally kind, compassionate, a great listener, and he explained things very well. Excellent experience in the midst of a bad one.
