Call the day of to confirm my appointment was at 9:00 Because I kept getting text messages saying my appointment was at 9:30. Woman confirm my appointment would be at 9:00 only to find out that it’s, not only at 9:30, but I would have to wait till after 10 to be seen. Very unprofessional had to reschedule next time I should charge you for my time being wasted from work
Dr Miller has the greatest bedside manner. He is very informative and listens and provides options.
Dr. Miller is the best, most patient, mild mild-mannered, best bed side sense of humor Gastroenterologist I have ever dealt with, and I have seen many over my years!! Plus he is so incredibly thorough. I had Ulcerative Colitis when I was 21, and had to have my colon removed a few years later leaving me with a 'Ileostomy,' and many surgeries. Dr. Miller follows me through all of it!
Dr Miller is always prepared to discuss my condition. His insight helps to ease my concerns.
I arrived on schedule and the staff were prepared and ready for me.Vital signs were taken, and shortly after Dr. Miller came in the exam room. We discussed my condition and he recommended a surgical exam procedure to make sure my condition has not changed.
Very easy to talk with. Easy to understand and helpful with to the point questions.
Dr Miller is very efficient, he explains everything in simple terms and gives me annual and other important check ups, very happy with my Doctor.
I was impressed that he had prepared for my visit by taking time to research my health history before I arrived so that we could discuss all the options without wasting time.
I was scheduled for an in office appointment and I woke up sick, so they switched it to telehealth appointment so I would be able to keep my appointment. Dr. Miller was super nice and very professional. I feel like all my needs were met. His office called back with in minutes to schedule my procedure and next appointment!!! Highly recommend!!
