Greatly surprised -pleasantly- by the demeanor of Dr. Macron. He listens intently, he responds intelligently and directly, in terms and language that he has assessed is at the patient’s level. Describes the smallest details clearly, lays out a mutually agreed therapy plan. To sum it up, he makes you believe that he truly cares about the patient and his or her well being.
