I did not know there was worse than terminal brain cancer before meeting Dr. O’Rourke. Masking his incompetence with overconfidence, he will lure you into surgery with big, flashy promises without sharing with you actual risk numbers. He performed my surgery. I had one follow-up visit with him, and I have not heard from him since. Every time I message him on the portal, he does not even have the decency to respond to me. I had to make a complaint with the patient advocate just to get somebody from his office to respond to me. I also think that he messed up my surgery and no one is admitting it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend him to anyone ever.
