My experience with Dr. Downer and his staff was outstanding. The care and concern exhibited was stellar. Everyone was exceptionally professional and any concerns I had were addressed immediately and fully. I had both right and left cataract surgery and the results are wonderful. I had an unexpected eye emergency, and Dr. Downer and his incredible team were truly extraordinary from start to finish. I can't express the happiness and relief that I have now that Dr. Downer is my opthalmologist. I felt like a child seeing things for the first time after years of problems with my eye sight. I only wish that I could have seen him 10+ years ago. The beginning of my problems started at about 40 years old when I wasn't able to read and write the small letters and numbers I used to without glasses. I thought ok I need glasses I'm getting older, bummer. And, I went to an optometrist and got glasses, but they didn't seem to correc... read more
