Dr. Lao is a professional and caring physician. He’s been available to answer questions and give guidance. Dr. Lao made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I’m very glad he did my knee surgery.
Great service and care provided
Dr. Lao and his PA, Bree were absolutely amazing! The care I received from pre-surgery to post-op care was fantastic! Dr. Lao came to check on me every morning that I was in the hospital. Even though I had to stay a few days extra due to some small complications, he and his PA came and checked on me every day. I've had 2 post-op appts in the office since my surgery and he has them take X-rays to make sure things are still progressing properly.
