If it wasn't for the poor maintenance they'd be okay I guess. They do not check on their properties enough and putting in tickets for the same issues over and over. All they do is put a bandaid on the problem instead of properly fixing them.
worst property management I’ve ever rented from.
Currently in a 1 year lease for one of their rentals. every month i have to keep calling their maintenance to fix my AC. they refuse to fix the leak in the ac. we pay $1500/month, we should not have to keep calling their maintenance over the same issue. they are not helpful in anyway after getting you to sign a lease. but they will charge you $100 to put a piece of paper on your door. will never rent through this company again, nor would i recommend it to friends and family.
