I don’t want to down the whole company because I didn’t speak to anyone else other than the young lady that works upfront and answers the phone and when I would ask her to speak to somebody else, she would always say that the property manager was not in so I’m not going to down the whole company I own my own business and I can tell you now if one of my employees acted like her they would be terminated immediately on the spot. If it wasn't for the poor maintenance they'd be okay I guess. They do not check on their properties enough and putting in tickets for the same issues over and over. All they do is put a bandaid on the problem instead of properly fixing them.

Currently in a 1 year lease for one of their rentals. every month i have to keep calling their maintenance to fix my AC. they refuse to fix the leak in the ac. we pay $1500/month, we should not have to keep calling their maintenance over the same issue. they are not helpful in anyway after getting you to sign a lease. but they will charge you $100 to put a piece of paper on your door. will never rent through this company again, nor would i recommend it to friends and family.
