He did not really take me seriously. He didn’t bother to show up to the appointment. He just up and left without telling me he is terminating my care, in the middle of an appointment.

I had a telehealth appointment via the Teladoc app and it was a horrible experience. The problem was not with Teladoc, but with "Dr." Donald Curran himself. He was rude, lacked empathy, and interrupted constantly. When I asked for more detail regarding topics he briefly mentioned, I was told I could just "google it." The session went so terribly that I ended up hanging up on him. I basically paid $229 to have someone tell me to "google" and to find an in-person provider. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
