While the services provided by Dr. Clausen were very high-quality and the technicians/assistants friendly and professional, I was charged over $100 for an X-ray that I never had in 2008. When I brought it up to "Sherry" in Dr. Clausen's office, she said she would look into the billing and get back to me. I never heard from her again, so I called back several months later for a status, and she said she didn't recall ever speaking to me. I gave her the info again, and again, never heard back. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
