I had an abscess tooth and could not find a dentist to get me in. The tooth had me in severe pain for 2 days. I called Dr. Brunetti and not only did he fit me into his busy schedule, but I was treated like a lifetime patient. The process was very professional and I didn't feel a thing. I even got a call from the doctor himself later in the evening just to see how I was. My appointment was at 2:45 and I was in a room at 2:40. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Brunetti and his staff!! Mandy makes that 6 month cleaning a breeze, and I always love getting to catch up with the ladies in the office. Dr. Brunetti is very patient and caring, especially in dealing with someone who has had terrible dental experiences in the past with other dentists. For the record, I have a bit of a needle phobia and the handful of times I have had to get novocaine, he has completely changed my attitude! AWESOME Crew! Dr. Brunetti and his staff ROCK! On my very first visit, Dr. B immediately addressed, and is successfully treating, a chronic problem that I previously thought I had to live with. I highly recommend Dr. Brunetti and his friendly, professional staff, to anyone who is looking for exceptional dentistry and orthodontic care.
I will say when I first called in I loved the office and the staff. They were very friendly. Unfortunately, after all the time wasted with the consults and meetings we are reluctant to continue services because we were lied to regarding fees of services. I was never informed of the out of pocket expense for the consult and was told our insurance was in network. Dr. Brunetti and his staff are simply terrific. It's hard to imagine enjoying a Drs visit. However, I truly enjoy going to my check-ups. Awesome group of professionals.
