Met with smiles every visit and very helpful. Dental visit can be stressful but you guys are always making me as comfortable as possible.
I am 74 years old. Donald Alexander's practice is the best service I ever had and I had many dentist in my life. You are treated like family, not just a client, He cares about you as a person. Amie. my hygienist is a delight to meet and know. I told her today that I actually look forward to going there to see her again. Her work is superb!

Let me first start off by say Amy did a wonderful job and I am totally impressed with her skills and bedside manner. As for the women up front handling the billing they are misleading and actually lied to us! Judy told us they were in network with our insurance when they are NOT! Even when I questioned why I was being charged $198 for a cleaning she said I needed to get better insurance! My family will never set foot in the sham of a business!,

I am sorry were displeased with your experience in our office. To be clear Judi did not schedule your appointments, so she did not tell you that your insurance was in-network. No one ever lied to you, when asked about what insurance we take, we always respond that we take all PPO's and are in-network for some. Extraction imminent and scheduled 07/19/21 As expected , Dr. Alexander has gréât to the point as expected - variables have been offered. I am glad that I returned to see him… Just sorry he doesn’t take Medicare. Best man for the job too.
