Love him and his staff! Best doctor I’ve had in years.
I really like Dr. Higgins and his staff. He takes time to listen to you and talks to you like everyday people, not doctor talk. One of the few doctors that ever told me “I don’t know, but I will find out” and he did!
If I could give this staff 0 stars I would. Martha spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I called the office to follow up on paperwork needing to be filled out for my Mom and she decided to gatekeep information from me but gave that information out to another family member despite me being the medical next of kin for my mother and the one who has been handling ALL medical events/information for my Mom.
