Dr. Henderson is a caring physician who pays attention to the needs of his patients. He has provided excellent service to me; many doctors do not give seniors much time and attention, however, Dr. Henderson is the exception. He is an outstanding physician.
If I could put into words what Dr. Henderson's professionalism and caring as a physician meant to me I would start weeping, because he actually cares and respect his patients.
Horrible. Doesn’t really listen nor explains himself. He had given me a paper prescription which I lost and when I called the office to see if he would call it in they replied I would have to come in for a visit! When I explained my co pay was $80 and I had just been there the woman at the front desk replied “I’m sorry but the doctor requires a visit “! Won’t be going there again!
Terrible experience. Went to see him, he wanted an MRI done but he did not send notes to the insurance for pre-authorization, so the imaging was denied. It took a week and a half to get through to someone in his office, they acknowledged they got the denial but they had nothing further to say, he never called me back.
Dr. Henderson is the point guard of my healthcare team. He's my primary and my GI. my Crohn's Disease was so bad when he met me, I thought I would die. The doctors before him were not thorough. Dr. Henderson is a no nonsense person. He is direct, but he's the best person to have on your side when death or life threatening disease comes knocking on your door. He is now the point guard for many friends and family members, all astounded by my complete turn around after I started in his care.
Excellent care and treatment. Listened carefully, guided me through medical procedures and had a calming effect during my period if anxiety.
Dr. Henderson is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He listens and asks a lot of questions. He is very caring and professional.
Beware of this doctor. Went for routine physical and was coerced into paying $400/visit even though my policy fully covers routine physical. The doctor was rude/confrontational. He kept asking Why are you here? He ordered tests and xrays I didn't need and never followed up. I am still waiting for information about my physical 7 months later. Blue Cross said my patient liability was $178, and only because the doctors office did not code as physical. I paid $600+ after blood tests and xrays.
I saw Dr. Henderson for a routine physical. He spent time reviewing my history, asked pertinent questions, and made good suggestions. I was impressed with how thorough he was, in addition to being easy to relate to.
