Since receiving radiation for prostate cancer in 2018, I've had multiple, serious side effects. Weakened blood vessels in my bladder led to bladder surgery in 2021, putting scheduled open-heart surgery on hold. (Total hospitalization: 25 days) In 2023 and, again, in 2024, I went to the ER in excruciating pain - I was given morphine one time, Dilaudid the other - due to a narrowed uretha.
