I have liked this place ever since it was Bobs Yamaha city. I recommended to a friend to take his sled there about the 3rd week of January 2019. It was in accident and a tree took out a-arms on one side. Service writer said shop is slow but probably a week to get damage assessment. SIX WEEKS LATER GOT DAMAGE ASSESSMENT. Unacceptable. Season was pretty much over for him. Today is September 9th 2019 and he still has not gotten his sled back. Is this shop not capable of working on a 2016 SR viper? We won't address your specific questions here, as this wouldn't be the appropraite place to do so. We WILL do our best to have your friend be the first one on the trail this upcoming snowmobile season!
RecommendedHad excellent service on phone today about Yamaha kodiak. Was helped without getting transferred. Patient and attentive help as he deduced what model I had (through various questions) and ultimately a simple fix to get back to operating spec. Called back to get name and believe it was Ryan.
