BEWARE this person single-handedly destryed my mother's haoue. he lives in the neighborhood, and has "done business" here for some 30 years, so there is NO WAY he does not understand the Deed Restrictions. he had 1/4 of the foundation slab adjusted, and did not confer with any other owners. the adjustments to the end unit DESTROYED my mother's house. the house is full of HUGE cracks. doors do not function properly, and neither do the windows. the notion of "repair" is ludicrous, as THE ENTIRE SLAB MUST BE ADJUSTED. 4 units a... read more
