I have been taking my kiddos to this dentist office for almost 2 years and just most recently transferred over as well. The team at Bogey Hills Dental is just fabulous. They really show they care about your needs and are so accommodating. We were in and out of there in no time with our dental cleanings too. I would refer everyone to Dr. Pollard and his team.
Had mine and my son's check ups today. Everyone here always makes us feel welcome and important. Dr. Pollard has the best bedside manor of any doctor we have ever been to!!
Only had to wait a few minutes from scheduled appointment time. Very friendly and caring service.
This was my first visit with them and check in was one of the fastest and easiest I have ever had. And the best part is I was seen at my appointment time, not twenty or thirty mins later. The staff was great and pleasant and great since of humor. Not stuffy. And I told them and that extra bone in my lower jaw which makes x-rays hard o do. Well it was painless this time for the very first time.
Quick, professional, and out the door in 3o minutes. Plus that fresh clean gum feeling.
I went in for a teeth whitening and they were prompt with everything and it all went smoothly.
I have no dentist and had weekend wisdom tooth pain. I emailed on a Friday and recieved a response very quickly same day. I was scheduled first thing for the following week given the holiday weekend. Very nice and professional. I was so scared having not ever had a tooth pulled, and the office not only calmed my fears but the pulling of my tooth was painless. So thankful it went smoothly and so grateful to have went to Bogey Hills Dental.
The staff was friendly and the dentist didn't try to talk down to me or tell me everything I was doing wrong. He just went over my x-ray with me, told me what was wrong, told me what he was going to do to fix it, and sent me on my way. He will definitely be my new full time dentist.
