I would be extremely cautious before working with Dona Crowder. My experience with her was highly unprofessional from start to finish. She scheduled a showing for a property (2020 Webster st) that was clearly not ready -- the home had people living in it (while they tried to market it as brand new), it was messy, unprepared, and in no condition to be presented.
