I was sold a 2021 Lincoln Navigator, black label..It's transmission is slipping.I've had multiple things fixed on it already.The warranty is up in 3 months and I've only put ***** miles on it since I've owned it.. they want to buy it back for 20k less and won't buy it back through the lemon law... NOT happy for sure. My car had water damage due to the hurricane that hit. I originally brought to ********, BIG mistake as the same with your dealership. This is a warranty issue. You had my Mustang and NEVER, NEVER asked me to take it WITH SOMEONE for a test drive!! Needless to say, my car still not fixed, insurance denied my claim which was roughly $5K out of pocket, now YOU tell me its the ****************** has denied, you want another $5K cash! I have absolutely nothing good to say about this dealership. They have had my car for two months and no one has reached out to tell me what is going on. I got hyundai involved and they have lied to both of us. Now I have to get an attorney because I am done being lied to. And hyundai says there is nothing they can do. I think it's time the dealership make it right with me

Ill start this off by saying my experience of dealing with anyone at Parks Lincoln was absolutely excellent. Each employee Ive ever dealt with at Parks is wonderful and intelligent. Maybe I had the unique odd experience, but I thought Id input my issue Parks caused me with an engine replacement on a vehicle that has a well known TSB for incorrectly manufactured valve guides. Took my *** in because the oil pressure light came on while still under manufacturers warranty. Although theres a clear and well known TSB for my engine... read more

My records show that this claim was denied by Mr. Aquilla's ext warranty company because they required the client to authorized the engine to be disassembled for inspection by a third party adjusted. Mr Aquilla did not authorize disassembly of the engine. This is not uncommon practice for ext warranty companies. I also explained to Mr Aquilla that if the issue inside the eng were due to worn parts or wear and tear (normal use) his ext warranty company would decline the repairs. I bought a car from Mountain View Lincoln and they manipulated the numbers on my trade on the paperwork when I was in finance, he was like oh yeah you did get 24,000 for the trade but on the line on the paperwork it said 22,000. That is my first issue. The next issue is the service contract. This dealership sold me a truck with 44,000 miles on it and it started leaking oil a few days after buying it. They were no help with taking care of my problem! The truck was in the shop 5 times in 4 months. I made 3 payments on the truck and every payment I made it was in the shop.
