Reasons why NOT to buy a Lincoln Navigator, and from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville, IL.Bought a used 2023 Lincoln Navigator with ***** miles out the door $92,000 from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville on 3-1-25. Since the purchase, every week, there will be insane amount of dust (see pictures of 1 week pile up on the dash board). I've gone in 3 times (almost every week, except 2 weekends of spring break). Bought vehicle in September of 2024, dealership Salesman gave me 3 set of keys for vehicle which all 3 key fobs worked , but the slide out metal key of 2 of the key fobs wasn't to my vehicle, IT notified the dealership 3 days later and here it is 7 months later and still no slide out metal keys for key fobs, everytime you call Salesman, Manager, or Service, you get a different story every time, and here it is April of 2025 and STILL NO KEYS...so if the 1 key i have ever get lost or key fobs stops working I'm screwed getting ... read more

I purchased a lease on January 31, 2025 for a new Hyundai Kona. I was promised a delivery for Feb 15th. I sent daily messages to ******* their sales representative, receiving AI generated assurances that my vehicle will be delivered soon. After waiting for 20 days, I sent a message to cancel the release on March 5. After I did not receive any response, I assumed that the lease had been cancelled. We received outstanding customer service from ****** **********. ****** understood what we were looking for, got us the best price and explained the entire process for leasing. ****** took the time to explain everything to us even helping set up the Bluetooth, Sirius and navigation. He went over all the driving options, I couldn't be happier

I was sold a 2021 Lincoln Navigator, black label..It's transmission is slipping.I've had multiple things fixed on it already.The warranty is up in 3 months and I've only put ***** miles on it since I've owned it.. they want to buy it back for 20k less and won't buy it back through the lemon law... I've talked to multiple people and nobody seems to have any answers.Just I'm screwed.I never would of thought lincoln would of done this to me. I'm so sad about this.

I have reviewed the complaint as well as the guests vehicle service history. At this time the guest has not complained of any transmission concerns with the vehicle, the warranty items that have been addressed were cosmetic issues as the vehicle was bought used but all concerns have been documented and corrected. I will reach out to the guest to make sure everything is OK, if there is a transmission issue it is covered under warranty till 3/29/2027 or ****** miles which ever occurs 1st
