Went to dealership on Wednesday with online price on a ram truck. Talked to salesman and then sales manager. Manager said he didnt like the online advertising, then proceeded to tell me I didnt qualify for certain rebates. Started deal with full retail price and explained what my starting price would be. Online price was $44318, his starting price was over $51000. Also said if I wanted to finance, I loose the rebates. What a bad way to do business.***** *****
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in to have the brakes fixed. They said they fixed them but they still were not working properly. I took it back to them and they said it was good to go. I paid over 1,000$ and my truck is not safe to drive due to them not fixing it right. I would not recommend Donwood ********* in ***** **** for any services.

I purchased a lease on January 31, 2025 for a new Hyundai Kona. I was promised a delivery for Feb 15th. I sent daily messages to ******* their sales representative, receiving AI generated assurances that my vehicle will be delivered soon. After waiting for 20 days, I sent a message to cancel the release on March 5. After I did not receive any response, I assumed that the lease had been cancelled. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this dealership. They have had my car for two months and no one has reached out to tell me what is going on. I got hyundai involved and they have lied to both of us. Now I have to get an attorney because I am done being lied to. And hyundai says there is nothing they can do. I think it's time the dealership make it right with me
Worse dealership I have ever dealt with !! Was good when they were making the deal for me to lease but once it came to paper work they messed up everything!! Traded my lease in on another May 8th and still today June 20th their paper work is still not correct with the bank. Don Wood Automotive in Rockbridge Ohio does NOT tell you the truth, **** ***** was the dealer and we specifically asked is motor & transmission sound he said yes only one owner of the vehicle. Within 24hrs the check engine light came on, I wanted to return the van he said no we will not take it back but we will fix issue. We took van back on Thurs 2/15 and they called said can pick up 2/16 transmission 2qts low. Absolute pathetic excuse for a dealership. Worked for 3 days with **** trying to buy a Sequoia. I have a check ready for a vehicle, but **** and the sales manager refuse to give me numbers unless I finance with Toyota because they will make money on the finance. Avoid this place at all costs. Dishonest crooks! I will be taking my business somewhere else.
Purchased a 2018 Honda Civic - Knew the AC needed the lines replaced upon purchase. I was assured they will overnight them to me early the following week. Over a month after purchase...countless calls to the dealer and transfers to voicemails that never once got returned, I got a text today they have the AC lines ready to mail me.
