I wanted to leave a NO Star review. I received the part within 4 days, I opened it on the fifth day, noticed it did not have a cover on it at all, after I requested it to have a red cover. They said they sent me an email about it. I get hundreds of emails a day. When I called them about it, on the fifth day. of course they said that I can not return it for a refund. Hyundai/Kia service-daughters car started making noise on Nov 28th, called dealer service and they told her not to drive car. No appointment available until Dec 8th. They called Dec 7th and asked where care was. Rescheduled Dec 20th, charged $150 for diagnostics, told her turbo had to be replaced. they ordered parts that were due in on Dec 22, did not arrive due to storm. I traded in my vehicle in October and got a 2015 Buick enclave. I was told the vehicle had been serviced but that night a light came on and the car was jerking and I knew it wasn’t normal. I went back the next day and they assured me it was fine. A week later I was back in there to have the service light checked out and to see what was causing the vibration/ jerking. I bought a extended warranty on a 2011 ******* tucson for $2,000. I was told the warranty coverage covered everything. The throttle body went bad and the warranty doesn't cover it. Now I have to pay $650 for parts and labor plus tax and $180 for tow to dealership, that I was told the warranty would cover. I have called several times to get assistance in canceling the $2,000 Warranty that doesn't cover everything they said it does. We met with a salesman and ordered an F-250 in January 2022. We were told at that time we could use the **plan. We emailed our Z plan PIN number to get the discount. Apparently later in January they decided they would no longer honor the **plan but never bothered to tell us. Fast forward to July 2022 when the truck is in and ready for pick up. I purchased my used F350 from Don Wood 3/18/22. Prior to the purchase it took several attempts to get someone to call me back. I was able to purchase the vehicle from out of state. The documents were easy, and the sales rep *** was fine. However, when I received my truck from transport, it had 7 miles to empty and was not detailed. I contemplated whether to write this or not and decided others needed to know. I was told that Don Wood **** was a good place to deal with when buying a used vehicle. Buyer beware...they are very dishonest. My husband bought a Truck and asked them TWICE if the frame was ok. He was told yes, it had a 50 point inspection and all was good A week later he took it to have some work done on it, ( the low beam lights didn't work) when it was put up on the rack the repair guy called him over to see the frame...I guess their 50 point... read more

These guys are liars and scam artists. They make deals at the time of sale that they don’t hold up to. Then they avoid calling you back and avoid getting your vehicle in for service. Then when they do they tell you a lie about what’s wrong with it and keep the vehicle for 3 weeks only to return it having ran all your fuel out and lie to you again about how far they drove it. They’ll tell you they put 100 miles on it to make sure they fixed the problem but in truth they put over 400 miles on the vehicle and still didn’t fix i... read more
