My biggest concern is very simple: this centre repaired the damaged part, but now, after I raised concerns about the quality of that repair, I am being told that the part is not repairable and needs to be replaced at my expense. My nearly new 2026 RAV4 Hybrid was brought to this facility following a rear-end collision on July 14, 2026. I selected a Toyota-branded collision centre because I expected professional communication, technical competence, transparency and careful attention to vehicle safety.
