Let me start off by saying that you NEED to come to this place for any type of auto body repair. Let me tell you that the customer service is beyond outstanding. To top it off the people do a amazing job. They really are professionals at their job. Don has the best autobody in town. His assistant ERIC is outstanding as well. This review is overdue. I was in an accident a couple of months ago and did not have a go-to body shop - but now I definitely have one. I went to a couple of places, local Chevy auto body shop and Diamond Auto Body but end up choosing this awesome place. These folks provide their customer with great care, service, and respect. They make you feel almost like family - they even have a friendly dog named Jake. Not sure what else to say except you will not regret coming here for a repair. Thanks Don and Rosanne!
Best experience ever. Don is extremely honest. We did have a communication issue that could have easily been placed on us and we would have accepted that, but Don took responsibility and went above and beyond any expectation we could have and and made everything more than right in our favor. We will definitely use him again and recommend this shop! Thankyou Don and Rosanne for everything!
