I made an appointment for 3/24 to repair a blend door in the climate control box. I dropped it off that morning. I got a text confirming check in. After 48 hours, I had not heard anything so I called for update. Service person took a message for Doug. He didn't call. Excellent service
I don’t ever write reviews, but had to for this place! Felicia was fantastic with making sure my car was able to be repaired by the only certified Lexus repair center in Tulsa while working with insurance. Ashley was attentive to my needs every time I followed up and their customer service is top notch. Thank you to Katie for handling the insurance company on ensuring my little one’s car seat was also able to be replaced as I was received pushback from them and Jason for his kindness as well!
