I don’t ever write reviews, but had to for this place! Felicia was fantastic with making sure my car was able to be repaired by the only certified Lexus repair center in Tulsa while working with insurance. Ashley was attentive to my needs every time I followed up and their customer service is top notch. Thank you to Katie for handling the insurance company on ensuring my little one’s car seat was also able to be replaced as I was received pushback from them and Jason for his kindness as well!

Had a great experience here. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Due to certain circumstances we ended up taking the car somewhere else to be worked on but the people at Thornton Collision were so helpful they really stood out as professionals Rare these days.

I will never understand how it could take 5 weeks to fix a tail light & a small dent. 1 of the 5 weeks they were without power, along with my house, so I'll give them that. After having my car this long when I picked my car up before I pulled out of their parking lot, I thought I better make sure the top goes up & down. For some reason, they had taken the tray that holds the top completely apart. I was so glad I checked it. Still, they were very polite and my car looked brand new, inside & out.
