My wife found a hair it her tacos and I told the waitress. The waitress then explained that she would take off the order and if we wanted it remade or to go, we said to go. When we got the bill they still charged us for the plate of tacos. She didn’t apologize or try to make it right, so we spent an additional 20 mins arguing with her that they said they would remove and replace the meal but didn’t. Horrible service, we were the only table there and the waitress was horrible! Never came back after taking our order. They were out of a lot things. Now we kno why the place is always empty. Will not be returning

Tacos are over priced and it took a good while to get our order! The meat on the tacos is very minimal and overall I think they need more cooks to speed up the process. Staff is not friendly. We were disappointed! It's not what they advertise on the media.

The tacos are all right, but then again it's hard to mess up tacos. They are overpriced compared to other restaurants in our city The service was extraordinary slow, thank goodness we were not in that much of a hurry anf the waitress was in a really bad mood. the worst part though - is that the just as we're getting to us dirty

This is the second time I visit Don Tacos. My first experience was at dinner and a pleasant one, so I tried again. This time I ordered breakfast to go. Upon arriving at home I noticed one of my orders was done wrong. I was also missing onions, cilantro, etc... staples for my menudo. I gave them a call to to let them know and requested they credit me the one plate that was wrong. I have yet to see the credit to my account.
