Lived in one of their houses for 3 months before they terminated our lease giving us no reason. Then, they went ahead and re-listed the property for an additional $100 a month right after we moved out. Terrible service
They sat on our rental application for nearly 3 weeks just to deny us without even processing our applications. They said we had insufficient rental history, credit, finances, etc. despite us having credit in the 720s, we make 5x the amount of rent, and have more than 5 years of rental history. Another reason they listed was not having a reference letter for our landlord - that was not on the long list of needed documents for the application.
