A few days ago, I visited this jewelry store where a lady greeted me warmly. She assumed I was Hispanic and started speaking in Spanish, which was fine. I apologized, saying I didn't speak Spanish and she responded in her language, making it clear she didn't know English. She then approached the manager, explained the situation and asked for help due to the language barrier.
