DO NOT take your kids to get their ears pierced here!!! You think maybe you missed the mark?!! Pierced, pulled out, sanitized with alcohol wipe and repierced. Then she tells me not to have an attitude!!! That's what I call call bad customer service!!! And then charged full price!
