We had the BEST experience! Went in starting at absolutely ground zero. Spoke to Josh, said this is what we need and this is our budget. Not only did he find something that fit us, it had enough amenities to fit our children. We came out with more than what we asked for that was still within our budget. (Thanks to Kyle). Absolutely love these people and will be sending everyone we know to them.

Had Kevin Fields as my sells person he was great( just a great person). He made my buying process very enjoyable. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle. The finance office had me in and out in no time. This by far was the worst buying experience I have had, It was a complete let down in so many ways. From the very beginning, till now 2+ months later and we still have not received my new plates. I have heard one excuse after another, now we are being told there is no title for our vehicle. This is a brand new vehicle, how in the heck was there a dealer transfer and no paperwork exchanged and transfer time. I will NEVER again take my business to Don Ringler. I have been a loyal Chevy owner for a long time, having bought my Equinox here and had every maintenance check done at the Service Dept. I called the dealership on Saturday, 1/27/18, because my check engine light was on. I was told by some rude woman, You can have it towed in and someone will look at it next week. I explained to the woman I needed my car for a business trip, she rudely said, You can rent a car. This is what I was told after spending thousands of dollars at this dealership! I went there today for an oil change. This includes checking the fluids and filters. The service came out and showed me a dirty air filter and in cabin filter. I asked what the cost was to put new ones in and he told me. I told him to put new ones in. He didn't tell me that I would be charged $68 labor. Why was I charged this labor cost when they would have my dirty filters back at no labor cost at all. This is nothing but a rip-off charge.

Wish there was a rating less than 1 like 0, they replaced my transmission ($2,400) one week then a week later my vehicle was still stalling out. They ran other dianogostic to say it needed a new motor that would cost $4,400 or they would be willing to offer $500 on a trade in my 2012 Equinox, so went to else where. Tune up and Cam sensor replacement later it's good as new ($240). Also I had several screws in valve cover that were no more than hand tightened and one was more than 1/2 from out that were causing oil/air pressur... read more
