Told me over the phone they could cut a OEM ford key . Once i arrived, the older parts guy refused to cut the oem ford key i provided . He would only cut a key if purchased one from their location.which I would understand, if i brought in a aftermarket key fab . Very unprofessional & seem lazy like they don’t want to be at work.
