Very Noisy and crowded Don Pico's is one of the neighborhood restaurants that's very handy to have for quick Mexican food and a margarita. But that's about all. The service staff is always running around like chickens with their heads cut off, the food is always adequate, and it's almost impossible to be seated on Friday night unless you get there early.
Don't go to Don Pico's- lousey manager We were looking for good cheap margaritas and were told that this is the place to go...THEY WERE WRONG!!!! I called ahead that afternoon to make sure the margarita's were on special. The person on the other end said they were 99 cents. There was a big group of us going to eat there and normally it's not a big deal for us to have cheap drinks but we had some on a budget so I was trying to accomdate. Mexican Restaraunt Don Pico's is by far our families favorite Mexican food restaraunt and we have visited quite a few. My husband and son love the shrimp dishes and you won't find better spinach enchiladas. We have been there on several occasions and it has never taken us long to get our food. My only complaint is they are not open on Sundays
Great mexican Very good mexican food..I especially love the shrimp dishes here! I only wish the service were better and they had sunday hours! I also wish they had shrimp cocktail!

The margaritas are the bomb, great fajitas and good service. This is my sure thing restaurant.
Horrible service and mediocre food is not compensated by cheap cost
