I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your establishment today. Upon arrival, we were told we had to wait outside rather than in the waiting area. When we asked if we could sit at the open bar, we were told no because it would be unfair to those waiting before us. Even after confirming the bar was open, the server insisted we continue waiting.
