had a company party here and it was awesome. Love the Karaoke and the Food!!! Great Service and ambiance too!!!
Well my experience www as nt a good one...made reservations for my daughters bday n at arrival the waitress was very unsociAble...the food was nt one to brag about n drinks overpriced. .wen asked to speak to the manager he was curt n did nt try to rectify my problem...which wud be to much to gt into detail..never the less..I chhose neva to go there again or have a celebration there...zero rating for me...
Our waitress Daniela had attend our table 3 times during the last month. Always pleasant, helpful and very attentive to all details. Its hard for us to believe the comments about her! Keep up the good food, the awesome drinks, and the fun nights of karaoke!!! We love you Pancho Villa!!!
It is a great restaurant!!, Delicius food!!!,the services terrific!!!,the mariachis complement the place!! Absolute gorgeous !!! I will be back all the time!!!
So I will never go back to this place again.This one specific waitress needs to go back to customer service trainin. The food is good but dont expect good service from "Daniela" one of the waitresses she is very argumentative when she is the one that took the order incorrect I will be back to speak to the manager because conveniently he was not there at the time this occurred. Will be calling back to discuss her behavior. Customers should never be treated that way.
