We read reviews here first and decided not to go but then the hotel concierge of Hispanic descent said this restaurant was his favorite. Yuk!!!! Stale chips. They then brought us new chips -- warm but not crispy. I then ordered chicken enchiladas -- the inside was swimming in some sauce -- too soupy!!! Others in my party did not enjoy their meals either. Nice margaritas and good service (waitress was nice and attentive) but thumbs down on the food.
The food tasted TERRIBLE!!!! I ordered the chicken enchiladas-- the tortillas and rice had a really strange, card-board-ish taste to it. The salsa had NO flavor at all. The waiter was nice, and the restaurant seemed clean.. The food is just YUCK!
HORRIBLE – The service was ridiculous!!!! Our waitress was nice UNTIL we had a small problem with our order, then she got really RUDE and acted dumb. She got our orders wrong, and blamed it on us and still tried to charge us for her mistake! she even told lies to her manager so that she would look good. ALSO She poked her fingers in our food to try to figure out if the dish was what we originally asked for....i don't know what she was thinking. oh wait! she doesn't think...The food was ok. nothing special. . Don't waste your money. I wouLd give it NO stars.
Noisy Mexican Restaurant The food is delicious and the staff is great. The prices are certainly reasonable. But, it has a high ceiling with acoustics such that it is extremely noisy. It is tough to carry on a conversation in there. I would go back anyway, the food is great.
authentic Mexican cuisine My most recent lunch here was with a large group...the service was rather slow, but OK. The food, on the other hand, is always great. I had an enchilada/taco platter with rice and beans and was very satisfied. It is usually quite noisy and crowded when I have been there during lunch hour, but that probably shows they are popular. Recommend.

Great carnitas... Don Pablo's has great carnitas and margaritas. Just going in for the margaritas is great. Friday night they have 2 for 1 and they are big. This one is not the most clean and we do not always have the best service. But ok to go every now and then.
