Don Pablo s Restaurant was born in the west Texas town of Lubbock in 1985, but the heritage of its food can be traced back more than 200 years and 2,000 miles to the central plains of Mexico. We had great service here a couple weeks ago. We have been going here every year on vacation... definitely needs renovations! I don't think anything has been done to this in 20 years.
Love the food, atmosphere and prices. Being going for many many years and never had a bad meal.
