They over charged me for a tire rotation and oil change. They provided a phone number on google reviews to make the situation better, but after calling three times and no one knowing anything about the situation... no one helped or made things better and actually wasted more of my time.

My husband and I just purchased a Yukon XL from them today, and had a wonderful experience despite the current restrictions and regulations! Went in yesterday and got a 2020 GMC Terrain. Easiest car buy experience ever! Paperwork was already started before I got there, and the car was already pulled up front. Everyone was so nice, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Highly recommend!!
I always get my vehicle serviced here because they have the Overflow coffee shop where my kids and I wait while they take care of my car. Today we waited for 2 hours (no big deal. I had a coffee in my hand and my kids enjoyed some muffins.) My kids were impatient, but they're young and I've learned how to handle it. We were welcomed in from the pouring rain & the Enclave we liked was brought up to the showroom doors. Laura is super sweet & went over all the features & happily answered all of our questions. Her excitement about the vehicle was as obvious as ours. We unexpectedly made a trade on the spot after an informative test drive. I LOVE this SUV! The manager was awesome as well & we look forward to working together again!
