We purchased a pre-owned car yesterday from Don McGill Toyota on Katy Frwy. We were greeted by Adolfo Carreon. He saw us through the entire process, no pressure and extremely professional and smooth. Everyone there was helpful and courteous. Juan in finance took us through the process, courteous, and professional. We can't say enough about Adolfo, great personality for being in sales. Worst experience ever!!!!! Predatory sales practices for add-on products. Claimed GAP insurance and other add-on products were required in order to purchase the vehicle. GAP insurance and other add-on products cannot be required unless they are a term/condition of the loan contract. Toyota Motor Credit Corporation's loan contract contains no such language regarding add-on products. Salesmen rude and condescending. Be careful!!!!!

2019 I totaled my car recently and reached out to the location that I bought it from to very warranty and GAP insurance information. I first left 3 voicemails with no return call within a week. I finally called 4 times and was sent to 4 different voicemails. On the 5th call I said that I'd hold for a person to actually pick up the phone.
