Do not waste your time with this father son duo. It took this realtor over a week to send us listings. When we expressed interest in viewing homes he would say sure we will see them but there was no follow up. In 1 month he only showed us 1 home. As for his father, the lender, we gave him our documentation for the pre-approval process but he never produced a pre-approval letter or gave us any information in writting as to what our rate would be, etc.. They are completly unprofessional.
