I had a truly horrible experience with this agency and would not recommend them or State Farm. The agency (except one lovely person who couldn't get others to provide answers, try as she might), the corporate office, and the claims people were not only unhelpful, but seem like they are looking for ways NOT TO help their own customers. After over a month of trying to get coverage for my business, I have finally said forget it! Don first off does not return calls nor emails. Originally he had my address incorrect so when he sent documents they never got to me. After about 3 weeks of waiting and no returned calls he finally called. He argued over the phone that he sent them to me. I can say that he did send them, however after the second time of sending them, he had the wrong address.
