We had an excellent experience with Don as our real estate agent! We greatly appreciated his deep Seattle real estate experience as we weighed pros/cons of different houses and our approach to making an offer. During the time it was on the market he had weekly open houses and shared updates and feedback in real time. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking to buy or sell a home.
Don helped us buy our first home. He was fantastic. Even amidst the emotional process he was patient and helpful all along the way. We never felt pressured to move on something if we weren’t comfortable. Ended up looking at about 30 homes and made offers on 3. The one we got was the best of the batch and we have been super happy with it. We couldn’t recommend Don more.
Don was such a good listener, patient, helped us resolve some unforeseen fire drills, and most importantly sold our house in 4 days. He is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and made sure all of our home sale recommendations were addressed. We highly recommend him!
