Manager very rude order had cheese and sauce missing he said he would give me a cup of sauce for the chef special the next time what about no sauce tonight had steak nachos only had cheese on about 4 chips everything dry manager said give him my address we will not be back does not even deserve one star been going there for years bad experience last few times
I always love this place. But yesterday it was horrible. Our cheese sauce was cold and had big lumps in it. I ordered a cheese quesadilla with rice and beans. The rice and beans were cold. I informed the manager and he stuck his finger in the rice and said it feels warm to him. The plate was hot just not the food . My beans were refried But i don't know how many day before . Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant around. Usually busy, but that goes to show that you can't beat it. Great food and great service. We had Daniel tonight, definitely the best when it comes to taking care of the customer. A+++++++
This used to be a good place to eat with good service. After today, with the bad service along with the filth and cussing coming from the bar, along with a manager who all but laughed when we complained. Having to ask for drinks, then being served the wrong food. Keep your food and your crappy service, I hear Mi Casa is good. If I could rate a 0, I would, you earned it today.
The food and the service really suck, but the Mangers attitude sucks the most. You will not get my money any more I guarantee that.
