HORRIBLE SERVICE. AFTER WE MADE THE DEAL AND PUT DOWN PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLE WE AGREED TO BRINGING THEM A FULL CHECK FOR THE CAR. AFTER 1 DAY WE CALLED TO GET THE SALES CONTRACT TO GIVE TO MY BANK , MANAGMNET REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE SALES CONTRACT BC THEY WANTED TO GET ME TO FINANCE ON THE CAR WITH THEM. AND THEIR RATES WERE HIGH AT 10% MORE THEN WHAT MY BANK OFFERED. AT THE END THEY REFUSED TO SELL ME THE CAR THE WAY I WANTED WHICH IS BRING THEM THEIR MONEY FROM MY LOCAL BANK. Complete scum! Over charged $500 on the part, the incompetent technician charged an extra 4 hours of labor. The lying service manager who can't return calls belongs on a farm shoveling cow manure, learning what it's like to earn an honest wage for his work. Don't waste your time unless you just want to be ripped off by some low budget Toyota dealer, a very shady dealer at that!

Don Jacobs Toyota Sales Representative: Sir Victor ****** took my deposit of $500.00 on 9/7/22 at 5:41 PM to hold car for me. I told him I would be back on 9/9/22 around 2 PM to pick up car. I arrived at 1:55 PM to find out that they sold the car to someone else before I got there, Bad business practice, suggest that you find another dealership if you want a car. Very disappointed in dealership. will never use again and will tell anyone I can not to use them.<br /> <br /> <br />

Gouging customers with fees and lying saying that you must pay selling way over msrp and telling you cant lock in price until all fees are agreed to seems like a racketeering buying dealer

We went to Don Jacobs to order a brand new car and after a lot of wasted time, they refused to sell us a new vehicle because we were from out of state. They stated that they were saving their inventory for their "local" customers. What a bunch of garbage!!! They said "how would you feel if you were a local and couldn't buy a car?" This is the last place one should consider buying a used car . As they charge a premium for a car advertising that the car is checked before being sold . But what you can expect is a car going to the service station for an airbag warning light in 1 week , a service engine light in 2 weeks . And last but not the least they offer a 50% discount on repair if that is within the first few weeks . Service Department are Incompetant and are Lairs. In 6/2019 I had problems with my 2019 Sienna **** *****3.0 Bluetooth to cell phone connection. I could hear the caller , but they could not hear me. The first service writer thought the over head microphone was dead. Made an appointment. drove 15 miles dropped the van off. Jacobs Service called 4 hrs later and said was "done". I returned.
