My visit to Don Hall Jewelers was an all around , overall fantastic experience. With 50 years of experience combined with the breathtaking displays of so many different jewels , and pearls, were absolutely perfect. Thank you Mr Hall for seeing and making time and taking the time to educate us on a few things. If you need an appraisal and someone you can trust. I recommend Don Hall Jewelers. While ago I walked in to get my watch bracelet fixed. The pin slid out. He said he would have it done in a few days. Week went by when I called, no answer. Came in store said he hadn’t gotten to it. Told me to give him another few days. Another week went by. Came back in to find it sitting In same shape, he just gave it back to me. Got it fixed at another shop in a matter of minutes. Seemed like a nice guy, just really needed some organizational help.

Have tried to work with this jeweler since March of 2019 to resolve a custom ordered piece. My custom design was altered without my knowledge and I have received the run around for long enough. After 10 months of waiting for him to look up the work order, asking for more time, stating that it's the "busy" season, wanting me to refresh his memory and countless other excuses I give up. I've been "nice" but now you get this rating.

If I could rate 10 Stars that's what I would give them. They listen to our story about all my daughter has been through in the last year medically and is creating a class ring and pendant for her senior year;way more than what we expected.... Thank You

Wealth of knowledge and has wonderful pieces and many antique. Great resource and expert I recommend this jeweler if your in the Bakersfield area!! Oh and he sells on consignment.
