This office is gossip central! The office manager finds little time to work too busy gossiping. Poor reflection of the doctor who is excellent. Too many foot doctors in our area to subject oneself to this kind of nonsense. Can't believe the doctor allows this. Love..love...love Dr Steinfeld! Kind, patient and most knowledgeable! Diagnosed my mothers problem immediately and treated her conservatively! It is over a month since our visit and Mom is pain free! The only negative. about our visit was the LOUD receptionist...... Even Mom, who is hard of hearing, found her loud and annoying. Mom said her ears hurt! Accompanied my elderly mother for her appointment, and was thoroughly impressed. The doctor was kind, patient and most knowledgeable. He was quick to see my other was anxious and calmed her immediately. The office was immaculate and most of the staff were very nice. My only complaint is that one of the secretaries was way overboard in discussing her personal life. Within 15 minutes of our arrival I knew all about her family, where they worked and was provided with pictures on her phone. I felt this was completely unprofessio... read more
