My moms husband went there to get rotate and balance. They left one lug nut off and the other lug nut was loose. it was bad out of balance when he got that took care of at Leslies Tires. They didnt offer to have him bring it back in. Told him he could go down to parts house and get another lug nut. All they had to do was have him come back in and fix the issues. But, nope.
