I absolutely hate being lied to. The service department here is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. Dropped my car off for a,9am appointment and at 1030 they hadn't touched it. Was back at 12 and still not done. Everytime I've had to bring my car in its an ordeal. I'd rather drive to Monticello or any other Chevy dealer as to deal with the asses. When I buy my next car I guarantee it won't be here. Lesson learned.
Had the van picked out ready to go, was waiting for a call back too see if we was approved, we was. Got a call today saying they sold it! What a joke! I understand a sell is a sell but everything was ready too be signed. I'm highly upset.
Business response:
Amber I will be contacting you. That's not the way we do business. I am very sorry the van was sold.
What a great experience! Heath is our salesman, very personable and professional, nice guy all the way around. We have never had such a smooth and quick vehicle purchase. Completely satisfied with whole process. Heath stayed until 10pm and everything was done. We came in at 8pm and drive home in our new 2016 Silverado by 10pm. Came back 5/9/16 for an oil change, to my surprise it is free for the first two..nice. I love saving money.
